We arrived yesterday under full throttle with our friends from Sea Robin on the outer docks at the mouth of the creek waving and yelling welcome back. We waved on the way by, but kept the throttle down to make it to the dock before the sky opened up. It’s the fastest we’ve ever gone in Back Creek. We made it by 6 minutes.
At the first gap in the rain, the Sea Robin crew came over for a round of fishing and a lot of rounds of catching up. It was a perfect welcome back. We’re here for a couple of weeks. Weeks that look quite packed.
