Slow is the theme for these days. We spent the morning making water, giving haircuts, drinking coffee and swimming. We’re headed back to Charlotte Amalie today to see some of the Christmas festivities that are scheduled.

On Friday, we have the lights parade in the evening with Molto Bene.

We’ve seen pictures of the snow back in Maryland and aren’t sorry to have missed it this time. Of course, the kids did not get a snow day at school yesterday. We did mark the day by building “sandmen” on the beach. We used shells and coral for the eyes, nose, and mouth. Not quite a corn cob pipe, but fitting for the setting. We’re working on a song.
